For a partner company we advise, we are looking for an energetic Real Estate Sales Representative to work on the sales and promotion of real estate projects, and in particular to manage sales with our German-speaking clients.

Fixed salary + high commission

Duties and responsibilities

Contact potential clients and find out what they need
Present real estate projects and give sales presentations
Run the sales process effectively, especially with German-speaking clients
Follow client meetings, project visits, offers and closing
Grow the client base through regular contact with current and potential clients
Work actively towards sales targets and create new sales opportunities

Requirements

Native-level German
Skilled in sales and client relations
Preferably experienced in real estate or similar sales
Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Good with people, energetic and proactive
Target- and results-driven
Professional appearance and able to represent the company
Holds a class D (B) driving licence and drives actively
Living in North Cyprus or wanting to move there

Görev ve Sorumluluklar

Potansiyel müşterilerle iletişime geçmek ve ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek,
Gayrimenkul projelerinin tanıtımını ve satış sunumlarını gerçekleştirmek,
Özellikle Almanca konuşan müşterilerle satış sürecini etkin şekilde yürütmek,
Müşteri görüşmeleri, proje ziyaretleri, teklif ve satış kapama süreçlerini takip etmek,
Mevcut ve potansiyel müşterilerle düzenli iletişim kurarak müşteri portföyünü geliştirmek,
Satış hedefleri doğrultusunda aktif olarak çalışmak ve yeni satış fırsatları yaratmak.

Aranan Nitelikler

Anadil seviyesinde Almanca bilen,
Satış ve müşteri ilişkileri konusunda yetenekli,
Tercihen gayrimenkul veya benzer satış alanlarında deneyimli,
İletişim, ikna ve müzakere becerileri güçlü,
İnsan ilişkilerinde başarılı, enerjik ve girişken,
Hedef ve sonuç odaklı çalışabilen,
Profesyonel görünüm ve temsil yeteneğine sahip,
D (B) sınıfı ehliyet sahibi ve aktif araç kullanabilen,
KKTC'de ikamet eden veya KKTC'de yaşamak isteyen.
