How Flats listings work on StudentNC

To keep the Flats section trustworthy for students, only accounts StudentNC has approved as a verified real estate agency can post there — regular student accounts can browse and filter Flats freely, but can't create a listing. Approved agency accounts get:

  • A green "Verified agency" badge on every listing you post
  • Access to post directly into the Flats category, with detailed subcategories (Studio, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 or more, Residence / Dormitory)
  • Listings go live straight away, without waiting for admin approval
  • Currency selection (TRY, USD, GBP or EUR) per listing
  • Viewing requests from students arrive on WhatsApp with the message already written

How to get approved

Get in touch via the Contact page with your agency name and a way to verify you're a real, operating agency in the TRNC. Once approved, your account is flagged internally and Flats posting unlocks automatically on your next visit to Post a listing.
